Day 2: Koch Curve + Outside Life

Today we studied a new form of geometry. It was weird because I never knew about it. My teachers called it "Koch's curve". Then, we went to the Oakland Museum And took some pics of the plants that we saw. Here are some photos.

This is Koch's curve, it's a simple formula but, somehow it looks very complex. I picked this picture because of it's simplicity, and the way it iterates the same function.


This picture was taken outside our school, I chose it because of the patterns you can see in the leaf . it is a simple leaf but inside of the leaf is very complex, because of the countless viens runnung through the plant.
